1. General 

Veterinary Dermatophyte Quick Diagnostics (VdQd) aims to carry out a self-developed test on samples of animals and their environment for the presence or absence of (the DNA of) dermatophytes. The submitter of the sample (client) may receive in some cases, solicited or unsolicited, advice on the test result in relation to the context of the sample. VdQd additionally, on request, gives advice on the treatment of the infection in individual animals as well as animals living in groups.

2. Applicability

These general conditions apply to all samples submitted to VdQd and any advice given by VdQd.

3. Costs

Submitters of samples (clients) are obliged to pay for the service as soon as the result has been reported, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Payment

Invoices are due within thirty (30) days of receipt.

5. Liability

Providers of samples (clients) can in no way hold VdQd liable for damages of any kind incurred as a result of delivered test results and advice.

Clients indemnify VdQd against claims from third parties that may result from test results and advice provided by VqQd.

6. Law

The relationship between VdQd and its clients is subject to Dutch law.
